Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund.

For all orders under $25, we will refund your original form of payment, minus the original shipping costs. Orders over $25 and photo books are not refundable unless the order is defective (printing errors) or lost by the carrier. International orders are not refundable.

We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking. Univwang is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

You are responsible for all shipping costs to return your order to our California office.

To return or exchange an item:

Please email support@univwang.top within 7 days of shipment or 3 days of receipt (whichever comes later). Please be sure to specify the reason for your dissatisfaction so that we can improve our service. Include the order ID in the confirmation email we sent you as proof of purchase, and ship your package via a carrier that provides tracking:
