Current Printing/Production Time (before we ship):
UPS One-Day and UPS One-Day Express packages arrive in 1 business day, and USPS deliveries arrive in 3 business days. If you require your prints even faster, please contact us (support@univwang.top) and we will upgrade shipping based on your needs/budget.
Can I pick up my prints in San Diego?
Unfortunately, due to our commercial liability insurance, we cannot have customers in person, so we must process sales and exchanges by mail.
Photo Print Specifications
Photo print sizes are 3x3 inches (7.6 x 7.6 cm), 3x4 inches (7.6 x 10 cm), 4x4 inches (10 x 10 cm), or 5x5 inches (12.5 x 12.5 cm). We use high-resolution cardstock (300 gsm) with a smooth surface and a clear white backing. The minimum order quantity is 10 prints.
Photo Sticker Specifications
Photo stickers are available in 3x3-inch (7.6 x 7.6 cm), 3x4-inch (7.6 x 10 cm), or 4x4-inch (10 x 10 cm) sizes. Stickers are for indoor use only! Minimum order quantity is 10.
Photo Magnet Specifications
Photo magnets are 2.5x2.5-inch (6.35 x 6.35 cm) with slightly rounded corners. Perfect for gifting loved ones. One magnet can hold up to 7 sheets of paper. Minimum order quantity is 6 magnets.
Poster Specifications
Posters are 20x30-inch (50.8 x 76.2 cm) and are printed on 216gsm (80 lb cover) paper using a high-resolution digital press.

International shipping costs are automatically calculated when you select a country. Click here to view the latest shipping rates.
Update for Canadian customers: Due to changes in Canadian customs policies, delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Your package may take up to 5 weeks to arrive. :( If you are not satisfied with this shipping time, please do not order.
I haven't received my order yet.
If you select "USPS 8-10 business day delivery" during checkout, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and the package may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you need your printouts even faster, select "UPS Next Day or Two-Day Delivery," and we will deliver within 1-2 business days* with tracking.
*USPS does not guarantee delivery times; these are estimates only!
International Orders
Once your order is confirmed shipped, it will be handled by the post office, but we can sometimes check your order status to provide assistance. We are not responsible for international orders.
Once your package has been confirmed to have been delivered to the correct address, Univwang will no longer be held responsible. If the package is returned for any reason, we will contact you and offer alternative solutions. In this case, the cost of the new shipping label is the customer's responsibility.
Please note that we do not refund orders over $25. My package was returned to your office. What should I do now?
If we receive your order due to undeliverable or untimely pickup, all details and shipping costs will be outlined in the customer service email we send you after the return is processed. We can resend the package to the original address (or a new address), but you will be responsible for the shipping costs; alternatively, you can choose a refund (minus the original shipping costs). Please note that returns may take some time to process. We process all returns as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. Univwang
We are not responsible for packages returned due to failed delivery (multiple delivery attempts, incomplete address information, or refusal). We are not responsible for original or return shipping costs.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL-256) technology, which is widely used for this purpose on the Internet. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not stored.
